It is a learned behavior. It's really not such a difficult practice to exercise either--hold the door, open & close the car door, etc. (Don't get me started on the dearth of elevator etiquette in our society.) Fellas: you wanna increase your chances of scoring with a lady? Treat her like a lady. Believe me, it works. :) Michelle can attest to my chivalrous nature. It is a learned behavior. Their corporate culture among their employees is cold, condescending and arrogant. Again my matter like yours could have easily been resolved by Jetblue before it got to this point, but instead they've made me an advocate for any airline other than theirs. NOTE TO ALL TRUEBLUE MEMBERS: Be advised the expiration date to purchase and fly by and keep your points from expiring is not really that date at all, but the date your travel posts to their system. You must fly at least 72 hours prior, otheriwse they will happily make your points expire so they dont have to honor the travel, or make you book months in advance betting on you needing to change the date and pay a $100 change fee.
